What Is Power Yoga?

Anjali Power Yoga’s vinyasa flow classes are practiced in a studio heated to 90 degrees with a high humidity. Anjali Power Yoga offers teachings based on the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga style. This style is unique in that it gives great emphasis to the principle of adaption. Each practitioner can adapt, modify, and make each posture, and each part of their practice, their own. The emphasis of this style of yoga is to challenge you to experience a transformation. The practice of Power Yoga begins with your abilities, whatever they may be, and steadily builds your practice to a place that allows you to authentically experience the yogic rewards of being stronger, more supple, relaxed and generally less tense.
