Keith Heyser (he/him)
OWNER & TEACHER
After maintaining a 6-7 day a week yoga practice for many years, Keith decided to expand his practice, take the next step, and immerse himself in the Teacher Training Program. His initial intent wasn’t to teach but to deepen his own personal growth and practice. Halfway through Teacher Training Keith realized he had a “gift” to lead others and decided that he wanted to teach yoga. Keith teaches to help others deepen their practices and strengthen their minds, bodies and souls.
Keith's classes are high energy inspired by JIP. You can always count on a few yogi push ups and some extra ab work during his practices.

Michele Fike (she/her)
TEACHER
Michele teaches a Power Yoga flow, emphasis on the flow as she loves a sun salutation. She typically plays a mix of lofi beats throughout the practice to match her energetic flow. She appreciates moments of silence gifted during a yoga practice, so she will start and the end the practice without music to leave room for a peaceful integration and savansana.

Alison Griffin (she/her)
TEACHER
Allison teaches the 5:30am Tuesday, every other Friday 5:30am and subs as much as her schedule allows.
Allison’s classes are energetic, innovative, creative, energetic (especially for 5:30am!) . . always a great practice & good time.
Expect an AWESOME PLAYLIST (lots of 70s/80s Yacht & Classic Rock), sometimes comical stories during hip opening, fun little readings at the end of savasana, regularly changing up the JIP flow (all the same awesome poses, just maybe in different order)
-
Lisa Horoff (she/her)
TEACHER
Lisa’s classes are based on freedom. She believes we are not stuck, we are free to move if we need to or be still when you want to. Free to find your fullest expression for that very moment. Move on ahead or stay with her. She is giving you the freedom to forget what you experienced in the past and stay with your body in this moment. The purpose of the pose is more important than the shape itself. The openness, the fire, the vitality! Live in the moment of all the magic within each part of JIP has to offer.
Lisa offers assists to her yogis. She speaks to the body and alignment and intention. Everybody is different and no body should be forced into a shape that they do not feel good in. Lisa mainly sticks to JIP with a little flare here and there. She will play some music but it depends on the room. When it comes to slow flow, she focuses on meditation, mobility and movement then falls into long holds within yin.

Alison Lubar (they/them/Ms)
TEACHER
Allison teachers our: Monday 4:30pm Slow Flow Community Class; Hour of Power in the summer
Alison's classes, whether Hour of Power or Slow Flow, have ahimsa at their heart-- a foundation of self-love and compassion. They love to incorporate freedom and possibility in the form of innovative ways to use props, and opportunities for creating more heat or more restoration; this provides students with ways to customize their practice in each moment of class. Alison also focuses on breathwork both as a means to stay present and a way to stay connected. They frequently play sound bowls at the beginning or the end of class, and almost always use their clack fan to give students a refreshing extra breeze in savasana. As a poet, Alison also encourages students to consider the ways that words create their world, and the power of listening to the body as a source of wisdom. With a strong focus on community, you can expect to leave Alison's classes feeling restored and grounded in yourself and in the community around you.

Sofia Parker (she/her)
Sofia teaches a creative blend of power and vinyasa yoga, inspired by JIP foundations. In class we will practice personal expression, intuitive movement and inner strength. Her class begins with intention setting in integration and is followed by an intentional flowy posture sequence to create a breath to movement meditation. In flow you may find warriors, twists, balancing or opening asanas. Our breathe to movement flow leads to the standing series where we will focus on each classes' peak intention or posture. Class will conclude with opening and restorative postures to compliment your full practice. Sofia's goal is to create space for yogis to forget the outside world on their mat and to tune into their own inner power and guide. *Class may include advanced sequencing and postures.
