Yes! You can register for classes on our website or within the Mind Body mobile app. This guarantees that you have a spot. If you wish to bring a friend and pay for them, they will also need to create a profile and register on our Mind Body system.
-
Our classes are customizable to your needs. If you are looking for slower pace class, try our Slow Flow. Our teachers arrive at the studio a half before and stay a half hour after, if you have any questions.
-
Our Power and Slow Flow classes are heated and you will sweat. The studio is in the upper 80s to low 90’s with high humidity. Our Align & Unwind class is warm, NOT HOT. Please hydrate before, during, and after class. Listen to your body, and take breaks when you need them.
-
All guests need to bring their own mat. We recommend a small towel for our Power classes. We provide blocks, straps, bolsters, pillows, and blankets. Please bring your favorite water bottle. We offer a water station for refills.
-
Anything you typically wear for physical exercise that allows you to move freely.
-
Our Power (60 min/75 min/sunrise) classes follow the Yoga Journey into Power (JIP) sequence. This is an invigorating vinyasa sequence that works for all ages, body types, and physical abilities because it is not fixed and is adaptable to every student. You can make it as easy or challenging as your want. Give yourself grace with learning the sequence. Our Slow Flow and Restore are great for beginners.
-
Only if you choose. Consent is important to us. We offer assist cards to inform instructors of your preference.
-
Our teachers arrive at the studio a half before class and stay an additional half hour after.
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early for your first class so that we can give you a tour of the studio, help you with props, and answer any questions you may have.

There is FREE parking behind the Municipal building on Haddon Avenue and also on Chestnut Avenue. Haddon Ave is metered parking $0.25 per hour Monday through Saturday from 9am - 6pm, with complimentary parking on Sundays. Parking can be a bit of a challenge in the evenings in downtown Westmont, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, so we recommend giving yourself ample time to arrive.
